1) Would you consider building outside of the defined “build territory” as specified on your website?
Absolutely…Please let us know where your land is (or where you are considering if you do not yet have your land). Please contact us and we’ll figure it out together!
2) What if I don’t have land yet?
No problem! More than half of our customers did not or do not have land. We can help with that.
Land?
3) I am not yet pre-approved, and not sure what I can afford in a new home. Is this a problem?
No, it is not an issue. We work with lenders everyday and can help you with this process.
Financing?
4) I have a house to sell before I start construction on my new home. Is this a problem?
No, some buyers qualify for a “bridge loan” meaning that they can use the equity in their existing house to start the new-build home before it actually sells. Other buyers might consider signing a contingent contract to lock in pricing on the new-build home. Please contact us for more information.

5) I’ve heard that custom home building costs can get out of control. Is this true?
With other builders, it certainly can be true. Cordiano Homes does everything possible to keep your costs under control and prevent unwelcome surprises.
7) I have a limited budget. Is a custom home right for me?
It very well can be. We strive to build new homes for all types of family/individual situations—from the starter home, to the dream home, to the downsizing home. New-home building is less expensive than you might think! Please contact us for a no-obligation consultation for more details.

8) I don’t yet know what kind of house I want. Should I wait to meet with you until I figure this out?
No, we are experts and can help you figure out exactly which plan best suits your needs and desires.
9) I have my own custom floor plan. Will you build it?
It depends...As long as it is legal for us to build the home, we will. Many plans drawn by architects are legal to have built by an outside builder. If it is a plan from another builder, it is copyrighted and not eligible for any other builder to construct. Please contact us and we can help you through this stage.

10) I have a real estate agent. Do you work with them?
Absolutely! Cordiano Homes is very real estate agent friendly. The intent is for us to compensate real estate agents who direct you our way.

12) I have family/friends who want to build with us at the same time. Is there a multi-purchase discount if we both build simultaneously?
It’s likely! Of course, though, we’ll need more details. Please set up a consultation so that we can figure it out together!

13) Can I use my own lender?
Yes; however please remember that our preferred lenders are preferred for a reason. We work very closely with them and they know our process inside and out, ultimately making for a smoother and quicker lending process for you.
