Joe earned his degree from The Ohio State University and has been in the custom, home-building industry for 15+ years. He has been involved with 1000+ homes in just about every aspect – sales, design, remodeling and construction. With an affinity for the entire custom, home-building process, Joe states “To begin with just a sketch on paper and end up with the dream home for another family is a tremendous feeling.”

A family man, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Gretchen, their two young daughters, and their miniature dachshunds. To say that Joe likes sports is an understatement. He is a fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and the New York Yankees (sorry, Guardian fans!). He is also a world-ranked player in the original Nintendo game, RBI Baseball, and will offer a discount of $500 to anyone who can beat him!

Joe earned his degree in finance from The Ohio State University and has been in the finance industry for 40+ years. Now retired, he acts as the company’s financial and general advisor, and is also an investor in the company.

Joe enjoys spending time with this wife, Wanda, of 52 years, and their 7 grandchildren. He also enjoys movies of his childhood era, watching Jeopardy!, Ohio State and Notre Dame sports and world history.

Tony earned a degree in finance from The Ohio State University and has been a very successful business owner for 30+ years. Tony is a business advisor and an investor in the company.

He enjoys cheering on the Buckeyes, fishing, attending garage sales, all things cars (Jaguars and Mustangs), and spending time with his wife, Deanna, and their 2 grandchildren.

Rhonda earned her degree from The Ohio State University and has been in the financing and mortgage- lending industry for 25+ years. To say that she is an expert is an understatement!  Rhonda helps her clients fund their dream home. She works with first-time homebuyers, expanding family homebuyers,  empty-nesters, and downsizing buyers.

When she is not helping to make dreams come true, you will find her cooking, painting and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes!

Since graduating with a degree in urban planning from The University of Cincinnati, Michael, has spent his professional career helping architects, designers, developers and home builders to visualize their projects. Michael uses technology to bring a project to life before a single shovel hits the ground. Using 3-D modeling software, he is able to develop a computer model of a design and let clients interact and see the space, thus helping them to eventually bring their vision to fruition.

When not designing, Michael is spending time with his wife, Libby, and their 3 children. Michael also enjoys playing soccer and occasionally can be found on a basketball court. Michael and his family also enjoy traveling and experiencing places abroad.

Ryan has been in the title insurance industry for 26+ years. He is a partner in Axxis Title Agency, in Gahanna, OH.

Ryan’s passion is to watch, cheer on, and record Buckeyes games. His favorite people to spend time with are his children—both of whom are students at The Ohio State University.

Dan has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. At this point, Dan has done and seen it all and is an expert in construction management.

In his spare time, Dan enjoys hanging out with his wife. Together, they enjoy visits with their son. Dan also enjoys working on their home with many remodeling projects.
